Shipping policy
We process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available at checkout)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If your package is lost or arrives significantly damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
